At first glance, the pairing of this particular couple may appear to be unlikely, and that's because they are. Brittny and Gaston originally met through a blind date (of sorts) that was set up by Brittny's friend Jheannelle and an adventurous tour of a social media dating site. Apparently the key to wooing a young woman on a dating site is to have a brilliant idea for a first date and then to make the first move.

From the start, these two were joined at the hip. Although they don't have a ton of completely similar hobbies or endeavors, they bonded over just being with each other, and joining in on the fun of one another's favorite activities.

For most couples, not having a lot in common would be a major deterant from continuing the relationship, but for Brittny and Gaston it proved beneficial. Over the last 4 years, both have expanded their horizons and learned more about themselves by experiencing life through the other. One has learned to be more patient and understanding while the other has learned to be more confident and outgoing (and willing to try new things!).

Ultimately what started as a precarious blind date filled with much trepidation and skepticism, has managed to blossom into a relationship filled with lots of love, joy and extraordinary memories.
